Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines optimized for 2026 standards.
- Lead the development of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Define technical strategies for integrating AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for AI code quality and security.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to keep the technology stack at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying high-traffic, production-grade AI systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architecture.
