Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and evolving global regulations
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics conferences
- Experience with stakeholder engagement on sensitive AI topics
- Proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools
