Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating Generative AI and Quantum algorithms into our core enterprise infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to prototype next-gen quantum-secure AI models and hybrid computing systems.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to support scalable, low-latency AI workloads required for 2026 demands.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture of innovation, hiring and mentoring top-tier talent in AI and quantum mechanics.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years leading AI or High-Performance Computing (HPC) teams.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and emerging quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term technical projects with a focus on future scalability.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineers and business stakeholders.
