Responsibilities

- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum computing protocols into our existing software stack to solve complex optimization problems.
- System Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments to ensure real-time processing speeds.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to translate complex concepts into deployable code.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++. Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and devise innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
