Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML architecture with 3+ years in generative AI
- Expertise in transformer models, reinforcement learning, and federated systems

- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience with 2026-era regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Track record of leading AI projects with >$10M budgets
