Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ capabilities, including autonomous systems, predictive neural networks, and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum engineers, data scientists, and domain specialists to deploy AI solutions at Fortune 100 scale
- Develop proprietary AI ethics protocols ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish KPIs for AI maturity across 15+ industry verticals, measuring impact on sustainability, productivity, and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic AI visions to C-suite executives, government innovation boards, and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-generation AI talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML architecture with proven experience deploying enterprise-scale AI systems (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or generative adversarial networks
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE, ACM) and familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or patents in transformative AI applications
- Experience leading $10M+ AI initiatives with measurable ROI in healthcare, logistics, or climate tech sectors
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with specialization in AI
