Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and societal shifts to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare the organization for future market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations that inform executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market potential and risk factors using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences and boards
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
