Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of next-generation machine learning models.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, AI, or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic role.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex, forward-looking projects.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate technical roadmaps into actionable business plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
