Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable infrastructure capable of handling next-generation computational loads and AI workloads.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like edge computing and neuromorphic chips.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest standards of code quality, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior architects and engineers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early, proposing robust mitigation strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and R&D projects to explore bleeding-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or C++. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Futuristic Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience or deep interest in AI/ML integration, Blockchain/Web3 protocols, or Quantum computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical puzzles.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
