Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-gen AI systems with quantum-enhanced processing capabilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop sustainable tech solutions for 2026 challenges
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emerging tech fields (quantum computing, bioinformatics)
- Design scalable infrastructure for global implementation of breakthrough technologies
- Present findings at premier tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through hackathons and R&D sprints
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on quantum/AI
- 5+ years experience in tech R&D with 3+ patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of leading complex tech projects from concept to deployment
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with systems thinking approach
