Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech (2019-2024)
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in federated learning and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+
- Experience with carbon-negative tech implementation
- Certified in ISO 20700:2026 Ethical Tech Governance
