Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech initiatives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing, etc.) for commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into consumer and enterprise platforms
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Build and lead an innovation lab focused on human-centered tech design
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products at scale with future-facing technology
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market timing
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
