Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, biohybrid) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic forecasts to stakeholders using data-driven scenario modeling
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in tech innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, TechCrunch, or HBR
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
