Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members securing $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor senior engineers and product designers in future-proof technology adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological maturity and market readiness by 2026
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Experience securing innovation funding from VCs or corporate venture arms
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or similar)
