Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global innovation trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech giants
- Translate complex scientific concepts into market-ready solutions
- Forecast societal impacts of emerging technologies through predictive modeling
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture capital
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurist researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging technology strategy
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives to $100M+
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi for global partnerships
