Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen automation systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio allocation across emerging verticals
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or venture innovation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and patent landscape analysis
- Prior startup or hyper-growth company leadership experience
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging tech
