Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-era technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year adoption curves
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic technologies (e.g., brain-computer interfaces, AGI prototypes)
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technology forecasting
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AGI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
