Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred

- Track record of commercializing futuristic innovations
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks
