Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline key technological milestones and deliverables for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead initiatives that require coordination between Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on long-term goals.
- Pilot Program Management: Spearhead the execution of experimental projects designed to test new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership role, with a focus on future trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and decentralized systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully executing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
