Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and academic research institutions
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption (e.g., semiconductor policies)
- Manage $15M R&D budget with ROI optimization for long-term projects
- Author white papers on ethical AI frameworks for 2030 deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI topics
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants and federal tech contracts
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain dynamics
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ technologies reaching commercialization
