Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Partner with governments on regulatory frameworks for autonomous neural networks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 10x potential market impact
- Design ethics-by-default frameworks for sentient AI and genetic editing tools
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and international tech summits
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI alignment or quantum supremacy
- Experience leading teams developing technologies with 10M+ user potential
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (neurotech, quantum, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized futuristic innovations
- Security clearance for government-level tech projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
