- Oversee the development of Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future State' report series
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futures research, or equivalent innovation leadership role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field
- Proven track record translating complex trend data into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical insights for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Publication record in foresight or innovation thought leadership
