- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future-proof solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy decisions
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience leading global cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
