- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for emerging market opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and technological megatrends affecting 2026 industry landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disruptive initiatives
