Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends with 2026 impact
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models to simulate future scenarios
- Deliver strategic recommendations to C-suite clients across Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing strategies
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefs published in industry journals
- Build and maintain proprietary databases of disruptors and innovation signals
- Mentor junior analysts on futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, trend analysis, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend mapping
