- Present futuristic roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to market validation
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Mentor talent in futuristic thinking and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic planning with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing)
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget management ($10M+ preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE)
