Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or equivalent
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ quantum/AI publications
- Proven track record of scaling tech from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/venture funding
- Portfolio of 5+ patented innovations
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
