Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for 2026+ tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop 10-year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA research initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-defining innovations launched post-2020
