Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for autonomous systems, quantum AI integration, and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital partners
- Author 'Horizon Reports' on disruptive technologies and market readiness
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage portfolio of 2026-priority projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market vision
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, ISO)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or strategic partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
