- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation strategy with 2026 business objectives
- Manage R&D portfolios for breakthrough technologies including neuromorphic computing

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Quantum Computing, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in futurism or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, AI ethics, and circular economy tech
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse architectures, and AR/VR convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
