Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps by synthesizing signals from AI research, quantum computing advancements, and biotech breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate vision and product development
- Curate and manage our 'Innovation Ecosystem' network of academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum-secure communication protocols
- Present future trend analyses to executive board and investor committees, driving resource allocation decisions
- Mentor internal 'Future Catalysts' program to cultivate next-generation innovation talent
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Biotechnology, or Futurism (or 15+ years equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech focus required)
- Published research or patents in at least two future-tech domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption scenarios
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and quantum computing applications
