Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting innovations with 3-5 year impact windows
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives on exponential technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, automation, and human-machine symbiosis
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources and predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies through venture incubation
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology commercialization
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge in at least two of: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or neuromorphic engineering
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks like Delphi Method or Technology Roadmapping
