Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Author strategic white papers and thought leadership on 2026+ industry evolution
- Partner with product teams to integrate future innovations into development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems and exponential growth patterns
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
