- Conduct competitive intelligence and market positioning analysis for 5-10 year strategic windows

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent training
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or executed innovation initiatives
- Experience scaling teams and managing $1M+ innovation budgets
