As a key member of our Innovation Leadership Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and sustainable tech integration. Your expertise will directly influence $500M+ R&D portfolios and shape our global innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish industry-first ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation incubation programs for disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
