Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to map post-2026 innovation landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizations navigating 2025-2030 transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to build future-ready roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight simulations for client decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis or thought leadership
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future strategy
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
