Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to develop a 2026 innovation vision and implementation framework
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping cutting-edge solutions for next-gen markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and sustainable tech with business objectives
- Present trend forecasts and innovation opportunities to executive leadership and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and human-centered design principles
- Quantify market potential and ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services (provide 3+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight designation required
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
