- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations
- Manage cross-functional innovation incubators for high-impact pilot projects
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published trend reports or innovation roadmaps required
