Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify disruptive acquisition targets
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Establish ethics protocols for emerging technologies in compliance with global regulations
- Mentor innovation lab teams in rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Experience scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, Julia)
- Certification in AI governance or ethics (e.g., IEEE P7000)
