Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI/quantum R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Security clearance preferred for government partnerships
