Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, societal, and economic shifts post-2025 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product development, market entry, and organizational adaptation to 2026+ realities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen concepts in AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership frameworks for industry conferences and executive briefings
- Advose C-suite on risk mitigation and opportunity capture in volatile future landscapes
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D think tanks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial applications
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Experience leading high-performing interdisciplinary teams in agile environments
