Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on disruptive innovation
- Collaborate with AI research teams to validate predictive models
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficient with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF) preferred
