Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, economic, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Monitor emerging disruptions in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
