Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging tech disruption
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce quarterly trend reports with predictive analytics
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints
- Represent Nexus at global futurist forums (Davos, Web Summit)
- Curate proprietary 'Horizon Scan' intelligence platform
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD from APF)
