Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for geopolitical and market volatility
- Present future-state blueprints to executive leadership and board members
- Establish industry thought leadership via white papers and keynote presentations
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ breakthrough products)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and biotech convergence
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with global trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategy
