What You'll Achieve
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying paradigm-shifting technologies by 2026
- Develop adaptive roadmaps for clients in AI ethics, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executive teams
- Author white papers on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Advose on regulatory compliance for next-gen innovations
- Build foresight dashboards using predictive analytics tools
- Mentor junior futurists in trend-anticipation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year horizon-scanning frameworks
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, climate modeling, or neurotech
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences across global markets
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Proficiency in trend-anticipation tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning software)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
