Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions with 3-5 year lifecycles
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future-state concepts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite teams on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
