Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech/societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Architect innovation incubators for next-gen products and service paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 5-10 year horizons
- Author seminal thought leadership on the 2026 digital ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2025+ scenarios
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum AI, biotechnology convergence, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategy
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing long-term vision
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (e.g., Davos, CES)
