Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies for C-suite executives and industry partners
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team through 2026 transformation cycles
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-ready technologies into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated impact on business transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in future strategy or innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
