Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly 2026 Tech Horizon Reports
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption across 5+ industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market needs
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation maturity and disruption readiness
- Build relationships with academic institutions and venture capital partners for early trend detection
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
